7lbs cucumbers-4 qrts sliced
crosswize (approx 20 medium)
Mix 2 cups pickling lime with 2 gal.
water add sliced cucumbers and soak
24 hours rinse thoroughly soak 3
hours in ice water and drain make
syrup of
2 qrts white vinegar
5 lbs sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp whole cloves
1 tsp pickling spice pour over
cucumbers and soak 5 to 6 hours or
overnight boil for 35 minutes and fill
sterilized jars makes approx 11 pints

Christmas Cake Recipe
1 cup of water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of brown sugar
lemon juice
4 large eggs
nuts
1 bottle Jose Quervo
2 cups of dried fruit
Sample the Quervo to check quality.
Take a large bowl, check the Quervo
again
To be sure it is of the highest quality,
pour one level cup and
drink.
Repeat.
Turn on the electric mixer.
Beat one cup of butter in a large
fluffy bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar.
Beat again.
At this point it's best to make sure
the Quervo is still OK.
Try another cup..just in case
Turn off the mixerer thingy.
Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl
and chuck in the cup of dried
fruit.
Pick the frigging fruit off floor.
Mix on the turner.
If the fried druit gets stuck in the
beaterers just pry it loose
with a drewscriver.
Sample the Quervo to check for
tonsisticity.
Next, sift two cups of salt. Or
something. Who giveshz a shit.
Check the Jose Quervo
Now shift the lemon juice and strain
your nuts. Add one table.
Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink.
Whatever you can find. Greash
the oven.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try
not to fall over. Don't
forget to beat off the turner.
Finally, throw the bowl through the
window,
Finish the Jose Quervo and kick the
cat.

FORGOTTEN COOKIES
2egg whites...
2/3 cups of sugar.......
pinch of cream of tartar
pinch of salt....
1 cup of nutmeats..
1cup of chocolate chips....
Set oven to 375...........beat egg whites,
sugar, cream of tattar,and salt......Beat
until stiff...Add sugar very slowly....Fold in
nut meats and chocolate chips...Drop by
tsp on cookie sheets and put into
oven...Turn oven off imediately and leave
in for 6 hours or more...Do not open oven.
Sundancer
3 cups sugar...
1 cup crisco..
4 eggs....
1tsp vanilla...
2/3 cups water...
3 and 1/half cups flour...
1/2tsp salt.....
1tsp cinnamon...
1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
2 tsp baking soda....
1/2 tsp baking powder...
2 cups pumpkin.....
Bake 350 for 40 to 45 minutes..
makes 8 small loaves-
or
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar..cream and beat
add
2 squares melted unsweetened choc
1 egg
3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
mix first four ingredients, beat egg
separately then fold into above mixture
fold in flour bakingpowder and vanilla.
bake 350, 9 by 9 pan for 20 to 25
minutes.or until toothpick test
done..lol.*after beating egg and adding,
do not stir more than necessary(tip)
when brownies are done .....remove
from oven immediately.Cover with large
marshmellows cut in half (or u can put
back in oven for 1-2 minutes when cool
cover with chocolate icing..best served
the next day.otherwize marshmellows
are rather sticky.......enjoy...this is from

Turtle nut cake

1 pkg of german choc cake mix
(duncan hines)
1 14 oz pkg of caramel
(kraft) have fun unwrapping them, lol
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3tsps butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 or 1 cup choc.chips
Prepare mis to directions.pour half
into 9"by13" pan....set remaining batter
aside.melt caramels.milk and
butter...stir in pecans.....poour this
mixture over cake.......sprinkle with
choc chips........and pour reserved
batter over caramel
mixture..............bake at 350 until
cake springs back...this is sorta like a
brownie.only sweeter.enjoy..........this
