| Swiss Steaks Ala Gingin I made it up myself Baking dish 1 can stewed tomatoes 2 cans tomatoes sauce 1 jar of Heinz brown gravy 2 tablespoons A1-steak sauce 2 large onions cut up 3 lean pieces of round steak, dipped in milk, or what ever rolled in flour, mix stewed tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, steak sauce, onions.... 8 little red potatoes bag of carrots. put all in baking dish, bake at 350-375, for bout 3-4 hrs or to taste, mix flour in water, after baking 3 hrs, put flour mixture in dish 4 thickening, to your taste, don’t forget the beef steaks, bouillon, put in also, with flour mixture. *** For desserts, Top with giant chocolate cake enjoy! 3 servings |
