1 (26) OZ BOX MORTON
SALT
1 OZ PURE GARLIC POWDER
1 1/2 OZ GROUND BLACK
PEPPER
1 OZ CHILI POWDER
2 OZ GROUND RED PEPPER
1 OZ MONO SODIUM
GLUTAMATE
(ACCENT)

Mix well and store in a sealed jar.
Use like salt.
When it is salty enough, it is
seasoned right.
Use this on steak, pork, chicken,
vegetables and game,
and most everything that calls
for salt and pepper.
Good to keep the meat moist.
Mix a sprayer type bottle with:

1/3 peanut oil
1/3 white vinegar
1/3 pepper sauce
