2 Container ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3 26-ounce jars spaghetti sauce (you pick your own brand)
1 1/2 package lasagna noodles (I prefer gioia no boil, its much faster)
2 pounds Italian sausage or lean ground beef (I use Bob Evans sausage w/sage)
cooked and drain...
4 cups shredded mozarella cheese (1 pound or more)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl combine ricotta,parmesan cheese and
eggs,mix well.On bottom of turkey roasting pan(yes turkey roasting pan,I cook for
everybody at work)greased baking dish,spread 1 cup or more pasta sauce.Top
w/half each of the uncooked noodles,ricotta cheese mixture,sausage,remaining
pasta sauce and mozzarilla.Repeat layering.Cover tightly,let it set for half an hour or
so.Bake 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.Let stand covered 20 min. before serving...
I freeze leftover if I have any left...
Serve w/garlic bread
Option:I like spinach on mine,so I make half w/spinach!
Red wine well go nicely w/this dish(pick your own brand)Please no comment on the
wine I love cooking w/wine and I sip my wine while I'm cooking...lol
