
| Pepper Jerky Sticks Cut meat approx 1/4 thick Combine the following: 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup water 1 Table. Spoon salad oil 1 oz. Hot sauce 1 Table. Spoon lemon juice 1 oz. Liquid smoke 1 Table. Spoon salt Soak meat strips for approx. 48 hrs. In a covered container Remove from liquid & roll in black pepper Hang strips from rack Dry in oven @ 200 degrees for approx. 2 hr Checking occasionally so not to over dry, Remove when spongy Air dry for 1 hr.
